These Apple Mini Bundt Cakes are quick and easy. First grate the apples. In a bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar until you get a frothy mixture in which you will combine the lemon zest, salt, grated apples and mix well.


Separately, sift the 00 flour with the baking powder and add the almond flour. Add the powders to the egg mixture and finally the melted butter and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.


Grease and flour 12 single-portion molds and fill them with the mixture for about 3/4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes or until the inside of the cakes is dry. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes in the molds.


Turn out and pass the mini apple bundt cakes in granulated sugar. Serve them still hot or lukewarm.
