To prepare the donuts with Baci Perugina cream, you must first whip the egg in a bowl with the sugar and vanilla seeds. When you have obtained a light and fluffy mixture, add the sifted flour and yeast, then the milk at room temperature. Mix.


Also add the melted butter at room temperature and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Transfer it to a mold of 6 donuts, greased and floured, filling each section by 3/4. Level and put in the oven, preheated to 180 °, for about 15 minutes.
