Start preparing the feta in the oven by drying the feta blocks with a sheet of absorbent paper to remove the excess liquid and arrange them in a lightly oiled pan. Wash the cherry tomatoes, pat them dry with a clean cloth, cut them in half and arrange them around and on top of the feta sticks.


Add the olives and the garlic cloves, leaving them whole and with the peel. Season with a pinch of salt and a little more oil, perfume with a pinch of dried oregano, a few sprigs of fresh oregano and a few basil leaves. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 20-25 minutes, turning on the grill in the last 5 minutes.


Take the feta out of the oven and wait a few minutes before bringing it to the table.
