How to make zucchini chips in the oven

Wash the zucchini, peel it and cut it into thin slices with a knife (1).

Dab them well with a sheet of absorbent paper (2).

Dip the zucchini in the flour (3) then shake them lightly to remove the excess.

Arrange the zucchini in a dish covered with a sheet of baking paper (4).
