To prepare the banana sorbet, heat the water and sugar until completely dissolved. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, cut the bananas into chunks.


Combine cold syrup and banana pulp, blend with a hand blender. Now pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it stir for the necessary time.

Serve your banana sorbet in cones or bowls, taking care to cool them in the freezer shortly before.
