THE Blueberry muffin they are gods treaty sweet and fragrant, an even richer variation of classic American muffins, a symbol of American pastry loved around the world. Very simple to make, they provide a dough made from flour, eggs, butter, sugar and milk, enriched with numerous fresh blueberries. These delicious berries they will release all their sweetness and fragrance when cooking. If desired, you can flavor the dough with grated lemon zest, seeds of a vanilla pod, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder; you can replace blueberries with other berries, such as raspberries, blackberries or strawberries; for an even more delicious treat, add a few drops of White chocolate.

How to make blueberry muffins

Transfer the eggs and sugar to a bowl, then start to mix with a hand whisk (1).

Beat until you get a semi-whipped mixture (2).

At this point, add the previously sifted flour (3).

Add the instant yeast (4).

Add the baking soda (5) and mix the powders well.

Pour in the milk at room temperature (6).

Mix vigorously until you obtain a kind of paste (7).

Add the hot melted butter (8) and mix again.

Complete with fresh blueberries (9).

Incorporate them into the dough using a spatula (10).

Place the paper cups in a muffin tin (11).

Distribute the dough inside (12). Bake at 180 ° C in static mode and cook for about 20-25 minutes: you will obtain 12 muffins in all.

After the cooking time, take the muffins out of the oven (13) and let them cool.
