the boiled chicken it’s a second course tasty and light at the same time, perfect for those who want a nutritious and healthy meal. You just need to serve it with a seasonal salad or the vegetables used to flavor it during cooking and dinner is ready. the broth obtained can be used for other preparations or can be tasted hot on a cold winter evening. How to make boiled chicken

Cut the onion into large pieces (1).

Do the same with the celery (2).

Peel the carrot and cut it roughly (3).

Transfer the vegetables to a saucepan and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (4).

Cover with cold water (5).

Add the chicken (6).

Season with salt (7).

Cook the chicken for about 60 minutes (8).

Drain the broth in a bowl (9).

Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and serve with the vegetables (10).

Boiled chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days at most. Chicken broth can be frozen or reused for other recipes.
