Bruschetta with salmon, gherkins and yogurt. Roast with brandy and olive oil

METHOD

Toast the bread in the oven until golden and crisp. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with a sprig of dill, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Cut the salmon into 2-3 cm cubes, transfer them to a baking dish and season with olive oil, salt and fresh black pepper. Cook in the oven with the grill at maximum power for about 5 minutes.
