How to prepare: Pie with blueberries and pecans
Start making the blueberry and pecan pie by beating the soft butter with the granulated sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla seeds.
Add the sour cream and salt and mix. Add the sifted powders (flour, baking powder and baking soda) and mix with a spatula until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally add the blueberries and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 22 cm diameter springform pan. Level.
