The cherry and almond cake it’s a soft sweet and delicious summer, very easy to prepare. How to make a cherry and almond cake

Wash and dry the cherries, then remove the stalk; cut them in half (1), removing the inner core.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and place a layer of baking paper and a layer of butter in a saucepan. In a bowl, combine the butter and sugar with a hand whisk or mixer (2), until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one by one and mix well (3).
