How to make cheese crisps


Spread the grated Parmesan on a sheet of baking paper, trying to keep a regular thickness and get a sort of rectangle (1).


Bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes, or in any case until golden brown. Take out of the oven and let cool (2).


Once cold, crumble the cheese with your hands, so as to obtain irregular shavings (3).
