In our recipe we have prepared some parts cutting the chicken breast into cubes, we passed them in flour and cooked in a pan with shallots and extra virgin olive oil and mixed with white wine. It will then be necessary to add thewhite grapes oldblack grapes and full cooking. The end result will be an aromatic and delicious dish that will conquer your guests.
If you want to use the whole grapes, for a crispier result, choose a grape variety without seeds like grapes Lemon balm, with a sweet and romantic taste or the Seedless scarlotta, with a slightly sour flavor. For the preparation, you can also use the chicken thighs, according to your tastes. You can also enrich the dish by adding Bacon: use 50 grams instead of extra virgin olive oil. Brown the bacon in a pan, lift it and cook the chicken in the fat released from the bacon. Then proceed according to the recipe, adding the golden pancetta almost at the end of cooking. How to make chicken with raisins
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces (1) using a kitchen knife with a smooth, sharp blade. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour (2) until they are completely covered, so that they are more tender at the end of cooking. Brown the shallot in a pan with extra virgin olive oil (3).
Add the chicken and brown, season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the white wine (4). As soon as the wine has evaporated, add the washed (5) and seedless grapes and mix gently for a few minutes. Your raisin chicken is ready to serve (6).
It is advisable to consume chicken with raisins immediately after preparation. Alternatively, you can keep it in the refrigerator for One day inside an airtight container.
