No doses and cooking for this preparation which is not a recipe but a fun idea, all you need is imagination and care in arranging the ingredients.
In addition to a chopping board, a sheet of paper, a ruler it’s a pencil, you will need gods hard cheeses, to facilitate cutting, and possibly in different colors. We have opted for gruyere, quartirolo, roquefort, chilli caciotta (A good yellow-colored cheddar, a blue cheese or a pecorino with black pepper will also be perfect). Cherry tomatoes, thyme, a star-shaped topping in puff pastry and your appetizer, joyful and tasty, is ready to be prepared.
This is the vegetarian version, if you want a complete with cold cuts then we suggest our Christmas tree to eat.
Sometimes it is fun to play with the shapes on the table, as in the case of the pinwheel cake or the very good savory cake, a greedy spiral. But the sapling that we propose remains undefeated for its speed and creativity.

How to prepare: Christmas tree with cheeses
To prepare this Christmas tree with cheeses, start by cutting the cheeses of your choice into cubes. If you want to obtain a perfect result, on the cutting board you intend to use place a drawing sheet in which you have cut a triangle, in this way you will have a trace to follow while composing the tree. If you don’t, you’ll still get a good result, with a little more improvisation.
Begin at the bottom alternating a row of cheeses to one of cherry tomatoes. Continue until you reach the top of the triangle. Insert between one strip and another the sprigs of thyme (alternatively you can also use another aromatic herb, such as oregano or rosemary). Once you have completed the strips, discard the sheet of paper. For the trunk use a parallelepiped of cheese of your choice, finally place the star on top. Decorate with holly and bring your cheese Christmas tree to the table.
