They are ready in an instant and you will need them to make them some simple ingredients: just sauté a few zucchini in pieces, then alternate them with cubes of feta, coated with raw ham. How to make cold kebabs with ham, zucchini and feta

Cut the feta into regular cubes (1).

Wash the zucchini and cut them. Cut it in half then cut it into pieces (2).

Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan, add the zucchini and blanch for a few minutes (3).

Season the zucchini with a pinch of salt, pepper and another drizzle of oil (4).

Compose the skewers by alternating the zucchini with the cubes of feta, wrapped in raw ham (5).

Continue like this until all the ingredients are used up (6).
