Creamy coffee liqueur

Here is a very simple preparation that will allow you to serve an excellent digestive liqueur, after the large meals of the upcoming holidays. Also ideal as an “artisan” gift and as a flavoring for many types of sweets.


  • 500 ml restricted coffee
  • 400 g sugar
  • 500 ml Fine brandy


  1. Prepare the syrup by diluting the sugar and coffee in about 2 liters of water (preferably distilled) and simmering for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool.

  3. Add the brandy to the cold syrup and place it all in a closed jar to macerate for 2-3 weeks, shaking a little once a day.

  4. After 3 weeks of maceration, filter the liquid with the special gauze or filter paper.

  5. Bottled, hermetically sealed and kept in a cool place.
