How to prepare: Fondant cake with Nutella and red berries
Separate the yolks from the whites. Using a whisk, mix the Nutella with the crème fraîche and the egg yolks in a bowl. Gradually add the flour sifted with the baking powder, continuing to mix so as not to form lumps.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them delicately to the Nutella mixture, mixing them up and down with a spatula. Butter a 24 cm diameter springform pan and line it with baking paper.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and unmold it cold. Transfer it to a serving dish, sprinkle with icing sugar, decorate as desired and serve.
