Preparing the golden rice is simple: cook the rice in boiling salted water flavored with saffron powder, according to the times indicated on the package. In the meantime, think of the scallops: cut 2 into brunoise, that is, into very small cubes and 4 into slices. Put them in two separate bowls and set aside.
