THE good good coconut and yogurt they are gods truffles gourmet and light, perfect for a little summer break. Simple and super fast, they are without cooking and they can also be made with the help of your children: just mix dry cookies with almonds and lemon zest, add plain Greek yogurt and form delicious balls; once passed through grated coconut they’re ready to taste, perhaps as a fresh and tasty finish to at the end of the meal. You can prepare them in advance and choose the cookies of your choice or you have it at home: we used the little classic, but you can vary with a cocoa shortbread, which goes particularly well with the flavor of coconut. You can flavor them with orange zest, vanilla seeds or cinnamon powder and enrich them with a cream of dried fruits without added sugar or chocolate chips. Collect the dry cookies, lemon zest and almonds in the glass of a blender (1).

Mix until you get a fine powder and transfer it to a bowl (2).

Add the Greek yogurt (3).

Mix well until the mixture is firm and smooth (4).

Take an amount equal to a walnut, flatten it in the palm of your hand and place a whole almond in the center (5).

Close by forming a ball (6) and continue in this way until all the mixture is used up.

Pass the truffles obtained in the grated coconut (7). Put them in the refrigerator and let them rest for at least an hour.

Bring to the table and serve (8).


With the quantities suggested in the recipe, you will obtain approximately 10 good good coconut and yogurt.

In our recipe there is no added sweetener, but if you prefer a stronger taste you can add one or two tablespoons of honey, agave syrup, sugar or erythritol.

You can replace the lemon zest with that of lime Where Orange, and cookies like the little one with a shortbread or other dry biscuit that you have available in the pantry. You can also add the spices they or they aromas you prefer.
