How to prepare: Lemon tiramisu


To make the lemon tiramisu, lightly soak the ladyfingers in the limoncello and arrange them side by side inside the pan of choice. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar using an electric mixer, until the mixture is frothy.


Add the mascarpone and the grated zest of 1/2 lemon and continue to beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then incorporate the whipped egg whites, very gently and with movements from bottom to top. To do this, help yourself with a spatula or a wooden spoon.


Place half of the mascarpone cream on the biscuit layer and grate some white chocolate. Arrange another layer of biscuits soaked in limoncello and finish with the mascarpone cream.

Place in the refrigerator to harden for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, decorate the lemon tiramisu with the thinly sliced zest, the chopped white chocolate and a few mint leaves.
