The procedure is very simple and consists of pouring all the ingredients into the shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the cooled glass. The end? A slice of lime and fresh mint as a garnish.

How to prepare: Mai Tai


To prepare Mai Tai, fill the shaker with ice cubes. Squeeze the lime with a special juicer to extract as much juice as possible.


Then pour the ingredients into the shaker: the dark rum and then the light one.


Add orange curacao and the barley syrup.


Close the two parts of the shaker and shake vigorously. Immediately after, prepare the glass by inserting ice cubes.


Pour the contents of the shaker into the cold glass through the strainer. Add some crushed ice to fill.


Complete the cocktail with the decoration: with tongs, gently place the fresh mint first and then a slice of lime.
