How to prepare: Pasta with cream and ham
To add pepper to the cream and the ham paste, start to melt the butter in a pan and brown the garlic clove cut in half and deprived of the kernel. Add the diced cooked ham and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the cream and mix, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the penne al dente and dip them in the sauce. Stir for a minute and transfer to serving plates and complete the pan and ham pasta with grated Parmesan to taste.
