Marinated tuna with onions caramelized with orange Sea bream with porcini mushrooms


Start by marinating the tuna slice in the juice of 4 oranges for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the caramelized onion, chopping it fairly finely and browning it over low heat in the olive oil. When it is almost transparent, add the juice and pulp of an orange little by little. Once the juice has been reduced, add salt, pepper, a spoonful of honey and finish cooking, being very careful not to let the onion burn, as it risks becoming bitter.
