Meatloaf with asparagus Step by Step

The meatloaf asparagus is a second savory plate and at the same time more than complete.
It is in fact a meat loaf , then made with bread and eggs, which is then stuffed with asparagus and cooked ham, I chose the one from Prague, more flavored, and the spicy provolone to give an extra touch of flavor.
Once baked, all that remains is to bring it to the table and cut it into slices, also noting how pleasant the slice is to the eye;).

Ingredients of meatloaf asparagus
- 600 gr of minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of bread stale
- 25 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 12 asparagus
- 100 gr of cooked ham
- 100 gr of provolone
How to make meatloaf with asparagus
Start cleaning the asparagus (here is explained step by step how to do it).
Cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes then drain and let them cool.
Cut the cooked ham and provolone into strips.

Soak the stale bread and, once softened, squeeze it well.
Transfer it to a bowl with the minced meat, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix the dough well and transfer it to parchment paper to form a rectangle.

Place the asparagus in the center, then add the ham and cheese.
Wrap the meat on itself to form a roll.

Transfer to a baking sheet and add a few pieces of butter on the surface.
Cook at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.

Your meatloaf is ready to be brought to the table.
