How to prepare: Mini breakfast cookies
Start preparing the mini breakfast cookies by collecting the soft butter together with the two types of sugar in a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add egg and mix.
Add the vanilla seeds and salt and mix. Add the sifted flour with the baking soda and continue beating just enough to obtain an amalgamated mixture. Add the chocolate chips and mix quickly. Place the bowl in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, for at least 30 minutes, just long enough to make the mixture firm and easy to shape.
With your hands, form balls with a diameter of about 1-2 cm and arrange them, appropriately spaced, on several trays lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° until lightly browned: it will take about 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
The mini breakfast cookies are ready to be dipped in milk.
