How to prepare: Mousse of mortadella and pistachios


To prepare the mortadella and pistachio mousse, cut the slices of mortadella into pieces, then blend them together with the pistachios until the mixture is smooth. Transfer it from the mixer to a large bowl and add the ricotta, working everything with a hand whisk.


When you have obtained a soft and well blended mixture, season with salt and transfer it to a bowl. Serve immediately the mortadella and pistachio mousse or keep it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
