Preparing the herb and mozzarella omelette skewers is very simple. First, chop all the herbs. Cut the courgettes into thin slices and grill them on the hot plate, cut the peeled potato into cubes and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.


Wash the cherry tomatoes and drain the mozzarella bites. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the Parmesan
