To prepare the orange cupcakes, start with the frosting cream by working the butter with the sugar: when the mixture is creamy and whipped, add the Philadelphia, continuing to work it until it is smooth and homogeneous. In the meantime, dedicate yourself to the base: sift the flour together with the yeast, whisk the butter and sugar with a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. Pour the mixture into the cups, filling them 3/4 full and bake in a preheated oven at 160-170 ° C for about 25 minutes or until the inside is dry.
