I fell in love with chicken curry during my honeymoon in Thailand, Ivano and I would go to lunch where we would see the locals lined up waiting for a table and we would choose a different dish each time to taste something new.
Chicken breast curry accompanied by basmati rice is a very popular second course in Asia, especially the Indian version is now popular all over the world, and lately it is increasingly appreciated in our part of the world, but my parents had never tasted it so during a culinary Thursday I tried it, and they liked it too.
There are several ways to cook chicken curry, the recipe is very simple and the result is similar to what I tasted during my trip, a successful experiment I would say 😉
