It takes very little to make the Parmesan balls. Start by placing the egg whites in a bowl. Separately grate the Parmesan. Combine the two ingredients and mix well with a fork. With this mixture, form balls of 1 cm in diameter.


Dip the parmesan balls in the boiling peanut oil and cook until golden. Drain them with a slotted spoon on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Serve the balls of Parmesan very hot.
