How to prepare: Rabbit with peppers


Here’s how to prepare the rabbit with peppers. In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil and brown the rabbit for a few minutes.


In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil with one of water and let the chopped onion with the whole garlic clove simmer for 10 minutes, then add the coarsely chopped peppers, the breadcrumbs and flavor with a part of the rosemary and chopped parsley: cook for about 20 minutes.


Meanwhile, heat the wine with the sugar, salt and chilli in a saucepan. Transfer the stew into the pan of peppers, sprinkle it with the hot wine and cook for about an hour.


When cooked, remove the garlic clove. Arrange the stew with its sauce on a hot serving dish and serve with a handful of chopped parsley. The rabbit with peppers is ready.
