Clean the peppers: cut them in half, remove the white ribs and internal seeds (1) and wash them under running water. Cut the peppers into thin slices (2) and put them in a large bowl (3).

Clean the spring onion, cut it into slices (4) and add it to the peppers. Also add the freshly washed (5) or chopped parsley leaves and mix.
