the Orange salmon it’s a second course simple but refined: an ideal recipe when you have dinner guests but little time to cook. Indeed, in a few minutes you will bring to the table a fragrant and appetizing dish: they will suffice some simple ingredients to succeed. In our recipe, the salmon is cooked briefly in a pan and then mixed first with the Orange juice, then with a mixture of honey and soy sauce, to make a delicious frosting: the result will be a truly inviting dish, to be accompanied by a good glass of white wine.
To prepare the dish, you can buy a fresh salmon steak, Where frozen: the important thing will be, in this second case, to thaw it correctly. How to prepare orange salmon

Clean the salmon fillet, in case you haven’t already bought it clean, by removing the bones with tweezers (1).

Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet (2). Brown a clove of garlic in a shirt then remove it from the pan.

Put the salmon in the pan with the skin side up for 3 minutes, then turn it over (3) and cook it on the skin for another 2-3 minutes.

During this time, squeeze the orange (4) while filtering the juice to remove the filaments and seeds.

Add the orange juice to the saucepan (5).

Cook with the salmon for 1-2 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by half (6).

Move the salmon to the side of the pan, then add the honey diluted in a finger of water (7).

Also add the soy sauce (8). Cook to thicken the sauce, often dipping the salmon on the surface.

Once cooked, put the salmon on a plate, serve it with a fresh salad and serve (9).
