A dash of this strawberry sauce is enough to transform a simple cup of ice cream, a Bavarian or a Panna cotta into an irresistible dessert.

Coulis is a French term and generically indicates a reduction used to accompany different dishes: the coulis it can in fact be both based on fruit both based on vegetables.
The coulis is very easy and quick to prepare and can be made raw, by blending the ingredients and filtering the mixture obtained, or by cooking the fruit (or vegetables) for a short time.
