the Grape Strawberry Liqueur is a delicious aromatic liqueur made from strawberry grapes – also called Isabelle Where Blackcurrant grape – a variety of American grape typical of autumn period, which can be found between late August and early September. The flavor of this house distillate is reminiscent of strawberry or strawberry liqueur, although it has a more penetrating aroma and a deep purple color. Shell the strawberry grapes (1), put the berries in a colander and wash them gently under running water. Dry the berries with a kitchen towel, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Place the berries in an airtight glass jar. Add the cinnamon, cloves, half the amount of sugar and pure alcohol. Close the jar and shake it to dissolve the sugar. Leave to macerate for 30 days in a cool, dark place, shaking from time to time. After the necessary time, dissolve the rest of the sugar in the water (2): boil for a few minutes and allow the syrup to cool. Filter the alcoholic macerate of the strawberry grapes with a fine-mesh strainer and crush the grapes well, so as to obtain the juice. Add the cold syrup and mix. Pour the liquor into sterilized glass bottles with airtight caps, close them and let stand for at least 10 days in a cool, dark place. Your strawberry grape liqueur is ready to be tasted (3).
