How to prepare: Strawberry plumcake


To prepare the strawberry plum cake, start whipping the eggs with the sugar and grated lemon zest until the mixture is white and fluffy. Then add the vanilla yogurt and then the seed oil poured slowly, continuing to work with the electric whisk.


Then add the sifted powders: flour, potato starch and baking powder. Mix and transfer to a 25 x 11 cm loaf pan, previously greased and lined with parchment paper. Level and distribute on the surface the strawberries cut into small pieces (which will sink slightly during cooking).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 45-50 minutes or in any case until a toothpick stuck in the cake comes out dry. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before unmolding. Just before serving, sprinkle the strawberry plum cake with icing sugar.
