the stuffed turkey rolls they make a simple and tasty meat main course, a mouthwatering alternative to classic chicken rolls. Rolls are always a popular dish, as they allow you to whip up a tasty dish in no time. Turkey meat, in particular, is very digestible, but it also tends to dry out when cooked, which is why in our recipe we stuffed the turkey breast with minced veal, crumbled sausage, of egg, Parmesan and parsley, all wrapped in slices of bacon: the pork will make the buns tender on the inside, while the bacon will also give flavor and sweetness on the outside. The rolls will then be browned in a pan for a few minutes and baked in the oven.
How to make stuffed turkey rolls
Prepare the turkey slices, cover them with baking paper and spread them lightly with a rolling pin and set aside. Prepare the garnish by putting the minced veal, crumbled sausage, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper and chopped parsley in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Put a spoonful of stuffing on each slice of turkey, leaving a small free edge, and wrap the roll well. Wrap the bacon slice around each roll and tie the whole thing with a kitchen string or two toothpicks, so that the filling does not come out during cooking. Sauté a clove of garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, add the turkey rolls and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes. Then place them in an ovenproof dish and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 ° for about 20 minutes. When ready, let them cool slightly and serve with your favorite side dish.
