How to prepare: Summer salad with mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado
This summer salad is quick and easy to make. First, prepare all the ingredients: wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well. Cut the tomatoes in half or in quarters depending on the size (you can choose between camoni, green, salad, red and yellow cherry tomatoes …) and drain the corn.
Cut the cucumbers into slices and split both avocados in half, remove the stone, remove the peel and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
Make up the salad: place the lettuce leaves, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and corn in a salad bowl. Add the drained Taggiasca olives and the avocado. Finally add the mozzarella slices. Season with oil, salt and pepper to taste. Jumbled up. Finally garnish with fresh basil leaves.
