How to prepare: Tagliolini au gratin

Preparing the recipe for tagliolini au gratin is very simple. First, cut the ham slice into julienne strips and boil 3 liters of salted water in a large saucepan. Dip the tagliolini in for the required cooking time, it will take 2/3 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 30 g of butter in a large pan, add the strips of ham, mix and cook for a minute.

Add the pasta and another 15 g of butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mix everything well.

In an ovenproof dish, grind the dough into a thin layer and pour over the béchamel (to be prepared with our recipe) covering the entire surface, even on the edges. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese and cut some flakes from the remaining butter to complete the dish. Bake at 180 ° in a preheated oven with the grill function on: place the pan as close as possible to the heat source for about 3/4 minutes until the surface is golden brown and the sauce has made small bubbles on the surface.

Remove from the oven and immediately serve the gratin noodles: you can accompany them with grated cheese to taste.
