How to prepare: Tiramisu ice cream


To prepare tiramisu ice cream, you need to heat the milk until it comes to a light boil. Meanwhile, coarsely grind the coffee. Remove the milk from the heat and add it to the ground coffee, leave it to infuse for 5 minutes.


While the milk is infusing with the coffee, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. In a pan combine the infusion that you have filtered, the eggs beaten with the sugar, the mascarpone and the carob seed flour. Measure the temperature which should reach 85 °.


Remove from heat and let the mixture cool. First out of the refrigerator and, when it has reached a lower temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator. Before pouring it into the ice cream maker it must have cooled down completely. At that point, pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.


Let it stir for the necessary time. When the ice cream is almost ready, coarsely crumble 4-5 ladyfingers inside the ice cream maker and finish preparing the ice cream.
