How to make kebabs with watermelon, cucumber and cheese

Cut the watermelon to create cubes (1).

Peel and peel the cucumbers, then cut them into thick slices (2).

Drain the mozzarella for a few minutes, then put the ingredients on the skewers to alternate them (3).

In a bowl, combine the oil, lemon, salt and pepper (4), to create an emulsion.

Season the skewers with the emulsion (5).

Leave them to season for a few minutes, then serve, decorating with fresh basil leaves (6).

You can vary the recipe as you wish: you can replace the mozzarella with another cheese such as feta cheese or one pecorino cheese, and watermelon with yellow melon, according to your tastes; you can also use Marinated zucchini, instead of cucumbers, and enrich the preparation with herbs like mint and chives.
