To prepare the baked zucchini meatballs, first wash the zucchini well and remove the ends. Grate them with a grater with large holes, then squeeze them well with your hands to remove the vegetation water and combine them in a bowl. Add the egg, the stale breadcrumbs and the chopped aromatic herbs with a knife. Season with salt and pepper and add the Parmesan.
