THE clover buns they are airy and soft rolls, easy to do it’s a lot versatile: thanks to their slightly sweet and slightly salty flavor, they can be served as well appetizers or as part of a aperitif, but also for a nibble greedy; you can offer them with cold meats and cheeses, or stuff them with jams or your favorite creams.
To make the clover buns you will need it few ingredients: 0 flour, milk, butter, eggs, yeast, sugar and salt; once you have created the dough, you will have to wait for the lifting time then briefly rework the dough to form the clovers: it will be very simple, following our instructions step by step. How to make clover sandwiches

Combine the yeast and lukewarm water in the bowl of a large bowl. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, until the mixture becomes frothy (1).

Add the milk (2) and mix.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the bowl (3).

Also add sugar (4) and salt while continuing to mix.

Finally add the egg (5) and mix.

Slowly add the flour (6), stirring vigorously until well blended.

Knead for 10 minutes, or until the dough spontaneously comes off the sides of the bowl (7).

Oil a large bowl and transfer the dough to the bowl: cover it with plastic wrap (8) and let it rise in a warm place.

Wait for it to double its volume (9): it will take about 1 and a half.

Melt butter for brushing and use part of it to grease a muffin tin. Turn the dough over on your work surface and roll it out into a rectangle (10).
