Making french toast is super easy. Beat the eggs together with the milk using a fork. Dip, one at a time, the slices of sandwich bread or brioche on both sides, avoiding to soak them excessively. Melt the butter in a pan and fry in the soaked slices, a few at a time, for about 2 minutes per side or until crispy and golden.

Drain them by hand or with a slotted spoon, let them dry slightly on absorbent paper and transfer to serving dishes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve the French toast with honey and blueberries.
