Slice the tomatoes into slices of about 4 mm and collect them in a single layer on a plate or pan. Season them with oil, salt and pepper.

Very well heat a cast iron plate sprinkled with a few drops of oil. Add the tomatoes and let them grill for 6-7 minutes on 1 side only. Remove them with a spatula and arrange them on a plate.
