THE Guinness Cupcake they are gods chewy treats and gourmet, made with a mixture flavored with the famous Brown beer then topped with a creamy mascarpone and whiskey filling. This is the single-serving version of the famous Guinness cake, the symbolic cake of St. Patrick’s Day, the Irish holiday in honor of the saint, much loved and known around the world. Very simple and quick to prepare, they can be enjoyed at nibble, accompanied by a cup of tea, or served in a birthday party, a special occasion or during Christmas dinners.

How to make Guinness cupcakes

Cream the butter with the brown sugar using the electric whisk (1).

In a bowl, combine the cocoa, flour and baking powder (2).

When you have obtained a cream, add the eggs, one at a time (3).

Continue to whisk to incorporate everything (4).

Sift the flour previously mixed into the dough (5).

Work the mixture again (6).

Pour in the dark beer while continuing to whisk at low speed (7).

Mix the dough with a spatula, which should be dark and soft (8).

Place the paper cups in a muffin tin (9).

Spread a generous spoonful of dough in each cavity (10).
