Making mackerel with potatoes is simple. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices with a mandolin and blanch them in boiling salted water for 2/3 minutes. Drain them, let them cool and place them on the bottom of a baking dish brushed with oil. Season with salt and place the fish fillets on top with the skin side down.
