the bacon potatoes I am a side simple and irresistible, a tasty alternative to classic baked potatoes that will solve any last minute dinner. New potatoes are blanched in boiling water for a few minutes, wrapped in bacon slices then bake with a lot smoked scamorza cheese and Parmesan: the result is an ultra stringy and golden dish that will delight young and old. How to make bacon potatoes

Peel the new potatoes (1) and rinse them under running cold water.

Boil them in boiling water for about 15 minutes (2), then drain them and let them cool.

Wrap each new potato in half a slice of bacon (3).

Gradually place them in a baking dish (4).

Bake the potatoes at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes (5).
