A side of vegetables perfect to accompany the second dishes of meat and fish, with a delicate flavor and quick cooking. Very versatile, they can also be added to an egg omelet, chickpea porridge or used as a garnish for a savory pie.

How to prepare ribs in a pan
Separate the ribs of the chard from the central core of the head (1).
Separate the leaves from the ribs (2).

Add a glass of hot water (9) and continue cooking in the pan for another 15-20 minutes.

Ribs in the pan can be stored in the refrigerator, in a special airtight container, to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended.
