How to make rice pudding with figs and honey

First, mix the agar with the rice milk using a whisk (1). Put on the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened slightly. Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming.

Turn off and add the honey (2).

Pour the mixture into molds or bowls that you have previously wet and drained (3), allow it to cool and transfer to the refrigerator for at least two hours.

When the sausages have solidified, turn them over on a serving platter and decorate with the figs in quarters, a pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey (4).

Serve as you like with cat tongues or other crumbly cookies and serve (5).
Advice
If you want, you can use any vegetable drink at your convenience: almond, soy, hazelnut … If there are no guests who are lactose intolerant or have special dietary needs, you can also use cow’s milk.
