To prepare the zucchini and green bean pie, grate the zucchini and collect them in a bowl. In a non-stick skillet, season the oil with the garlic and finely chopped onion. When the onion is transparent, add the green beans cut into 2 cm pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool down.


In a bowl, combine the eggs with the grated zucchini, Parmesan, flour and sifted yeast. Also add the cream cheese and green beans. Mix, adding salt and pepper to taste.
